With a background in Montessori education and extensive experience in academic leadership, Afiza has honed her skills in tailoring attention and coaching to suit the unique needs of each child. As the Academics Advisor/Director at Small Wonder Children’s House, Afiza spearheads initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes while fostering a culture of innovation.
Afiza serves as Secretary for the Montessori Association Malaysia, facilitating communication and contributing to professional development activities. With a Diploma in Montessori education and a background in Communication & Advertising, Afiza brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her roles. Her skills include observing, guiding, and assessing children and teachers, establishing strong relationships, and effectively managing administrative tasks. Afiza is committed to creating nurturing learning environments where children can thrive academically and personally.
